Atlas Running against PHP
One of the demos that got people (especially ones not currently using Microsoft technology) excited at the MIX conference a few weeks ago was a demo that Shanku did showing the Atlas Client-Script Libraries working within a PHP web app. The Atlas architecture easily allows this, and Atlas can be integrated into any existing server framework environment.

Great Free MSBuild Tasks Available for Download
Paul just posted a link to a bunch of great MSBuild task extensions that you can use in both VS 2005 Web Deployment Projects and with VS 2005 Web Application Projects. If you aren't familiar with MSBuild yet, you should definitely check it out -- since it provides a ton of flexibility for both build and deployment scenarios.

Great Atlas Map Mashup Tutorial
Jonathan Hawkins from the Atlas/ASP.NET team just posted a nice tutorial walking through how to build a map-based mashup using the Atlas Virtual Earth control and some custom web-services that serve up mountain information (note: Jonathan is an avid hiker!).
