The last couple of days we had lots of registrations for the IDCC conference, adding to that Sela University & Microsoft Israel joined forces with APress & Manning Publishing in supporting the Israeli Developer Community Conference allowing us to hire a second hall for the conference and open another track !

I wanted to reinstall today Windows 7 XP MODE and went over to the download section for the XP Mode and Microsoft over the download section i was happy to find a new option since my last visit to the site which enables you to choose the Windows XP Mode language (the virtual pc image language), as it seems that i had to wait a bit with the happy smile… the list includes large variety of languages.. all the languages that Microsoft produces MSDN packs for … including right to left languages like Arabic… but wait… the list is missing the Windows XP Mode Hebrew.

The Israeli Developers Community Conference (idcc) is only 7 days away !

The conference itself is organized by the developers community and for the developers community. To clear some misunderstandings that I’ve seen in several blogs, Microsoft Israel is not involved in the organization of the conference nor in controlling the content of the lectures, Members of the Israeli developers community are organizing this non profit conference and the community itself will control the content of the conference.

After a long period of time where I’ve devoted most of my time to work and building the Ness Tziona Developer community… its time to start and blog again about technical issues…

So I’ve attended the 2nd ALT.NET conference in Israel and I took my video cam with me… although its a HD Cam (SONY HDR-SR7) i could not find a place to host the HD videos in and had to downgrade them to WMV to be able to upload them to YouTube. (don’t mention MS Silverlight streaming as it has a problem with files larger then 100meg ! – can you make a 1hr or HD movie smaller then 100meg ?  I DONT THINK SO !)
