So over the past week I’ve spent some time putting together my first podcast, called DNNVoice. Check out http://www.dnnvoice.com/ to get the RSS feed for the podcast.

After seeing so many of my DNN brethren take home awards from INETA for Q3 2008 I must say I was a little jealous. Well guess who’s an INETA Community Champion Award Winner for Q4 2008! I’ve not been quite as active over the past month with the holidays and writing the book, but I am wrapping back up my community efforts as we speak. There are some new exciting things coming down the pipe relating to DotNetNuke so stay tuned in 2009!

So I had this bright idea, I'd setup VMWare on my desktop here at home and start playing with Windows 7, then I thought I would get a DNN website up and running in Windows 7, and record the whole thing with Camtasia. 24 hours later I've given up and am ready to go into manual labor! :)

Can anyone confirm that this Panda named Gu Gu is related to Guthrie? If so, keep a close eye on him!

I’m proud to say that I am going to be presenting at the January meeting of the CT DNN User’s group! It’s 1/13/2009 at Profitec / Prescient, One Barnes Park South, Wallingford, CT 06492.

One thing that came along with the new releases of DotNetNuke, all of the downloadable content was a transfer to Codeplex -> Github. One of the biggest benefits, in my personal opinion, of the move are getting rid of those annoyingly distracting and overreaching ads that were hosted on SourceForge.

That’s right, I said releases, plural! For the Xmas Holiday DNN released version 4.9.1 and 5.0 on Xmas Eve.

So a few weeks ago I released a DNN Module for www.community-credit.com. Today I am happy to announce I've put together another release!

This fall has been a busy time for me, a lot of community interaction, though that is pretty typical with the position I’ve put myself in with DotNetNuke and at Engage Software. November however I had enough participation in community activities to take home the Grand Prize award from Community-Credit.com! You can checkout the prizes here, choose the November 2008 Content from the dropdown list. I’m looking forward to seeing this in my office soon!
