The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog

I was having impression that the subject line was a simple funny word.
well it is not.It is a phrase that uses all the letters of the alphabet.

  • Another phrase (when I was learning typing in Grade school) was "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party". It's used to exercise the fingers as each letter is keyed by a different hand (well, except for the "oo" in "good")

  • There was some code that we had to type in ms-word and the "quick brown" phrase would appear. No body at that time could explain this. But, later on it was said that it was panagram, i.e., a phrase in which all the letters of the alphabets are used....
