Ok Roy, I'm going to take your word for it. I'm a big, big scary movie fan, but its been years and years and years since a good scary movie came out that warrented watching more than once, as most of them just aren't scary enough for me.
I'll rent this one and check it out. The trailer looks good.
Are you being serious? I totally hated it.
It's not scary, has virtually no twists, the CGI is extremely bad. The "jumps" are caused by simply stuffing a zoomed CGI figure in your face within a few milliseconds, you'd jump just the same if they had Winnie the Pooh do that.
I also found the story weak and boring. Go see "Saw" if you're looking for a good movie in this genre.
I guess the fact that it's so "different" makes people either love it or hate it, nothing in between..
