Just a short feedback on the topic lambda expressions and isolation frameworks. What did your class say about lambda expressions and isolation frameworks? Did you also mention that heavy usage of lambda expressions as it is required in Moq tends to make the code less readable and also more complicated in terms of refactoring...? What do you think about this topic.

Anyone who does not get familiar with lambda expressions is going to have a very hard time with .NET going forward. Personally I find Moq's approach elegant.
