Like it! We already use whiteboards for all sorts of techie and project purposes. Always looking for even simpler and clearer ways to record and view project state. Will try it soon.

I like this too. One question: How might you keep track of dependencies on this white board? Idea1: Perhaps, since it's best for a small team, the dependencies could be quickly derived from simply glancing at the whiteboard. Idea2: Perhaps arrows from grid item to grid item would alleviate the need. I also look forward to trying this out.

We just didn't need it. THings are changing dynamically and priorities change too.
so dependencies change as well.
I hope the office cleaner doesn't give it a scrub...
