I dont see it listed on MSDN Subscriber downloads, but it appears you can try to get it via Connect.

It appears that it went up onto Connect just today but I could be wrong.

My status is now "Pending".  Anyone get their hands on it?

  Nothing on that site even smells like a service pack, so I don't know where you heard it was uploaded, it's not available on Connect.
