Creating Enterprise Architecture using architecture framework.

I'm just wondering how many of you are using any Architecture framework such as FEAF, Zachman framework, MEMO, RM-ODP, TOGAF to create enterprise architecture?

If you use one of those framework, which one of them are you using and with which support software tool are you working (MEMO, Enterprise architect, system architect … ) ?

I want to see if there is any basic need for article on that Issue …
