During the Windows Vista event in New York I noticed the new updates including some language packs:

Update: Windows Update just dropped over 20 updates to my Ultimate machine. 7 of those updates are for known issues (HD Audio, FireWire hard drives, and Phishing Filter, among others), 11 are language packs, and 2 are the final versions of the BitLocker and Hold 'Em Ultimate Extras.

Update 2: Do change the language you have to go to Control Panel -> Change display language:

Now, I have Japanese, German and English.  ;)

  Is there any list of available languages ? I would like to check is it possible to install English "skin" on polish version before i proceed with activation...

  Just what I was looking for...I live in germany, dont speak enough german...cant use my computer as I would like...HELP. I have vista, have the dvds for intalation... when I open the control panel....I dont have the languages,... where can i find this?

  The language packs as download using Windows Update is only available for the Windows Vista Ultimate version. I have the German version installed and get all these languages: Chinese (Hong Konk S.A.R.) Chines (Simplified) Danish Dutch English Finnish French German Italian Japanese Korean Norwegian Portuguese (Brazil) Russion Spanish Swedish

  Right guys, everyone seems to have the same problem. I have Chinese on my Vista and it is impossible it understand! So would it possible if you could send me the language pack for Vista ultimate or could you post the web address for the download on your blog.
