Windows DreamScene Preview is available for Windows Vista Ultimate users, simply go to Windows Update and Windows Ultimate-Extras and you will find it.

Update: on my new Dell laptop I have a very high CPU usage using the MPEG example from the DreamScene preview, and from time to time my Nvidia NVS 120M driver crashes.
