***Danger Will Robinson...Blood Pressure Rising***

The table designer for SqlServer Enterprise Manager keeps giving me “Invalid Cursor State” any time I try to modify a table definition. I'm pretty good with sql syntax so i can use query analyzer...but dam*it, i'm lazy and don't want to. I can't find anything googling about how to fix it. Prior to rebuilding my machine this never happened. Argggggg.

By the way, MS has no KB article on this bug as far as I know. And, if you call that MS help line I mentioned in the post, they will insist that the hoxfix does not fix the problem you are describing. But trust me, it does...

I will try re-installing sqlserver to see if i can get rid of reporting services.
