Sumatra PDF Viewer for .NET?

I see there's a new version of Sumatra, Krzysztof Kowalczyk's open source PDF Viewer for Windows. It's an incredible accomplishment, and a great example of the value of open source software. The guy must be putting mega-hours into this - and giving it all way for free.

I've been looking around for a simple, inexpensive, embeddable PDF viewer component for a little .NET software project I have in mind. (Don't get me started about the bloated Adobe Reader!!) There are some non-Adobe PDF readers out there, but they feature a hefty price tag for a runtime redistribution license. The frustration is that it's just the PDF viewer that I lack... it's easy to manipulate/extract/merge PDF pages with DynamicPDF Generator v4.0 for .NET, which I have.

If Sumatra were in VB classic, I'd take a stab at a VB.NET port. Unfortunately, the code's in C++, a language that totally baffles me. Yikes, I don't know enough about C++ to open a project in Visual Studio, no less create a DLL from Krzysztof's code.
