Microsoft Sync Framework 2.0 Released
While the release of Beta 2 of Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4 is getting all of the attention this week, version 2.0 of the Microsoft Sync Framework was also released this week and can be downloaded from here.

SQL Server 2008 Upgrade Technical Reference Guide
The SQL Server 2008 team has released a document (at 490 pages, we should probably call it a book!) that covers the essential phases and steps to upgrade existing instances of SQL Server 2000 and 2005 to SQL Server 2008. It can be downloaded from here.
