  • And I love my iPhone without Flash :)

  • I think he was on crack and meth at the same time. It was more a rambling letter than anything else. Apple is ANYTHING but an open company. He said Adobe CS5 shipped two weeks ago when it fact it just shipped today (it was "announced" two weeks ago but didn't ship then). As much as Steve wants to wish away technologies like Flash that the vast majority of people use on a regular basis its not going to happen. I agree though, Apple is indeed the new 90's Microsoft. My iPhone contract is almost done and then I'm moving to Android. Honestly, I've never had a phone that gave me so many problems then my iPhone.

  • ... You have a good point.

Apple woke up one day and said it will rely on HTML5. It forgot that it will NOT be rectified anytime soon (i.e it can change and understand is still fuzzy) Also, Flash/Silverlight do a ton of things HTML5 cannot do; and these are things that users need. I got an IPhone because Microsoft mess up in Windows Mobile. However, I will not get an IPad; my netbook does a way better job and I have freedom to use whatever plug-in I can without some clown at Apple forcing me into a cave.
