It would be nice if any editor available today could right-align those SQL commands, otherwise I'll stick to my own formatting.

Good find!

I've never liked using a , as the first character in a line, but it does have some benefits - just not asthetic.

Possibly the worst t-sql formatting I have ever seen. Very unreadable.
