Editing Resources in VS.NET (resx, resources, dll, exe )

I uploaded new bits and code of the resource editor for VS.Net using the released VSIPExtras .

 I did a msi file so that the installation is easier than before :) Additionally I fixed some bugs and the editor isn't just a Editing Resx Files editor, now you can edit ".resources" too, and you can explore resources in dll and exe files. Then for example you can explore the resources of System.Windows.Forms.dll.

 In order to open dll or exe files use "Open With..."
