A lazy Saturday afternoon...
This week seemed to take forever and just felt like one of those really heavy weeks. I think that it started when I opened my mouth and spoke up against the tide of "professional demonstrators" who follow each other around and see it as their job to heckle the IE product. Then, I seemed to spend the remainder of the weekend reading every blogger take their turn to bag the crap out of a hundred or so people who have asked Microsoft not to end support of VB6 - makes you wonder really... I think that everybody must be getting restless while they wait for Beta 2 to arrive ;-)
Anyways, moving on, today I spent a day at the local mall treating myself to a couple of movies and an Indian lunch.
First I saw "House of flying daggers" which is easily the best movie that I've seen since LOTR. Amazing cinematography a great cast. This is a movie which I wished could last forever as you just seemed to become a part of it. After that I saw "Constantine" - starring Keanu Reeves. Not really the best movie that I've seen... maybe 2 and a half stars :-)
During those movies I also saw the trailer for the new Batman movie which looks quite good and also noticed that they've started putting up advertising for "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe"! That's one movie that I'm really looking forward to.
OK, my vow for next week is to forget all the negative stuff which is going on and to concentrate on some positive stuff which is coming up. I've got an Information Bridge Framework demo to deliver and also some exciting new features on ProjectDistributor to announce which will make it even easier to upload stuff for Codezone.
