Hot Fix :: VS.Net 2003 and VSS Dll Locking issue :: Please make it available

I'm sure that there are a lot of people who have this problem.
Is it possible to get a public release for this.
It is really annoying and I am tired of waiting for someone here to call support at MS.

We have the exact same problem here. The fix should be public!

It's a pain to have to restart VS each time.

We would also need this fix, this locking problem is really annoying when having multiple projects containing user controls...
