Integrate Composite Application Library with Silverlight.FX

I have modified the StockTrader Reference Implementation project in Composite Application Library, make it to use the lightweight IoC container built in Silverlight.FX, instead of Unity. You could read more if you are insteresting in two Silverlight frameworks.
