CacheAdapter minor update to version 2.5.1

My cache adapter library has been updated to version 2.5.1. This one contains only minor changes which are:

• Use of the Windows Azure Nuget package instead of the assemblies directly referenced.
• Use of the ‘Put’ verb instead of ‘Add’ when using AppFabric to prevent errors when calling ‘Add’ more than once.
• Minor updates to the example code to make it clearer that the code is indeed working as expected.
