How to tame the BIST...

Nowadays I'm working on an enterprise architecture framework for one of the leading software vendors in the world (one of the big four). while creating the training material for the new framework this sentence popup in to my mind. BIST stand for Business, Information, Systems and Technology and the Idea (of course) is to use enterprise architecture to tame the BIST.
