Hopping around in a stagnant pond...
ChrisAn makes an excellent observation of the makeup of a Healthy Team:
Healthy teams have a mix. They have growth opportunities. They have a reasonable amount of turn over. A stagnant pond is a dead pond.
Now that I work in corporate environment, I often can relate to this, especially in contrast to my years of working at DotCom's. Of course, I can hardly call "reasonable" the amount of turnover I have witnessed during DotCom downsizings.
It's always a quest for that perfect balance.
