Taking a second look at VB.NET...
I got an early peak at the upcoming changes to VB.NET in VisualStudio.NET 2004 (codename “Whidbey”) and was pleased with the overall direction. I can't comment on the specifics, but as a C# programmer and former VB6 progammer I am now thinking of updating my VB.NET skills.
The general direction of the two languages is well layed-out in Microsoft's latest Roadmap, but it was nice to see a concrete form of that vision in action.
