Windows 7 SP1 now available

I installed the SP1 for Windows 7 yesterday on two machines.  Short story: nothing to report, everything went fine.

Looks like this is a “real” service pack meaning that what it does is install all the fixes and updates released since the Windows 7 release.  It does introduce a few new features.  For a complete list, check the “Notable Changes...” document found here.
