The new WD for XQuery, XPath and XSLT are now available:
The XML Query Working Group and the XSL Working Group have released ten Working Drafts for the XQuery, XPath and XSLT languages. Please see the status section of each document for authorship and change history information. XML Query is an XML-aware programming language that can be optimized to run database-style searches, queries and joins over collections of documents, databases and XML or object repositories.
