SharpVectors Presentation Schedule at the SVG Open

Well I finally got the schedule for the SVG Open, and it looks like the SharpVectors presentations will both be on Tuesday, July 15.

2:45PM - 3:30PM Intro to SharpVectorGraphics Project

4:00PM - 4:45PM Developing Applications with Microsoft .Net and SharpVectorGraphics

With all the response I got from my post on Creating BarCodes with SVG and SharpVectors I might include that in the second presentation. The example code is how to build a label generation web service using SVG and SharpVectors. I think I'll make them BarCoded labels. Once the presentation is done, I'll post it here (it will of course be in SVG, not PowerPoint).
There's a possiblity that the second presentation may be done in more detail at Chris Sells Applied XML Developers Conference 2003 West. It is one of the 62 "finalists" for the conference. I should know soon. Coincidentally the XMLDevCon is the Thursday and Friday before the SVG Conference, and XMLDevCon is in Portland, OR, and the SVG Open is in Vancouver, BC. If you can swing ti, I'd recommend going to both. With the rumored all vector graphics UI in Longhorn, you better start learning vector graphics, and the best place to start is with THE vector graphics standard, SVG. A good place to start is Kurt Cagle's SVG Programming (which I happened to work on).
