ADO.NET: Performance Tips and Tricks

This presentation will examine various features and facilities of ADO.NET and how they can be used to create high performance, highly scalable applications. We’ll cover best practices on how to handle data access for best performance and error handling. We’ll look at examples of the performance differences in using DataReaders versus DataSets. We will also cover the best ways to cache data from data sources.

I don't know how many more times I can handle another ADO.Net presentation, but I will be there, as usual, and try to stir up some interesting conversations (without interupting the presenter, of course).
