There is a really good article up on MSDN about automating your build process:

It's not as fancy as MSBuild but it should work well until Whidbey ships.

The last time I looked at NAnt it seemed that I would need to reconstruct my project in the from of a NAnt build script. Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated build team and the developers are not given any time in their schedules to do any extra work outside of VS.NET to create build scripts and such.

Now, if there is some way to just feed NAnt a .sln or .csproj and let it rip then it may be usefull to us.
