This class is a “for college credit” course and includes an optional certification exam associated with the class (though it is not part of the class’s curriculum).
We are beginning enrollments for this class now, therefore if you would like to take either class under Wavebreak, here are the steps:
· Respond to this email and let Brian Hall bhall@tulsacc.edu know that you would like a seat in which class (include your first and last names in your reply). It is first come, first served, therefore you will receive an email back to confirm or deny your seat. Each person may only pick one class due to space constraints. If you are confirmed, you will:
1. Go to: www.tulsacc.edu and click on the “Apply Today” link. Select the “Apply Today for Fall 2009” option and continue with the admission process.
2. Once you have been admitted into the college, you will need to email me your College-wide ID (CWID). This is a number that looks something like this: T12345678 and is given to you once you are accepted to the college. This is how we enroll you into the class, therefore it is important to email me this number.
3. Because this class is free to you and paid for by the USDOL, you will need to fill out your FAFSA online as well. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ (TCC School Code = 009763).
4. The last thing that is needed is your Student Information Release form that will be sent to you in the confirmation email. You will give your instructor this form on the first night of class. Without these, you will not be able to stay in the class.
Note: Under the Wavebreak program, a student can only take one course (unless they have exited within 90 days from a previous course).
