Are you eXPerienced?

Blogging has been something I've wanted to do for quite a while now.  Thanks to Scott Watermasysk and ASP.NET, I'm finally going to be able to do it, and in great company.

A little about me first.  I just recently finished an assignment at Microsoft as a Program Manager for Visual Studio setup team.  I started my Microsoft career in 1994 as a full-time (vs. contract) PM for a component that first shipped in Microsoft Bob.  I'm sure I'll muse on that product here.  Shortly though, I got recruited to do accessibility work for Windows and Internet Explorer.  I worked on Windows 95/98/ME and 2000.  Before retiring in late 1999, I spent several months working on Microsoft Exchange 2000 developing prototype UI for unified messages and mobile access.

I also wrote a couple of books for Microsoft Press, which I'll talk about in another posting.  For now, let me just say thanks for visiting and suggestions/questions are welcome.
