A couple of bloggers have mentioned the division between OO clued up coders and VB'ers. I would just like to point out that

• Everyone has to learn somewhere/when
• A communication breakdown is the fault of BOTH parties, assuming someone is too thick to "get it" could mean you are too thick to explain it ;O)

If they dont know, teach them!
