Back Asswards

Am I weird?

A project manager colleague thought so today.

My problem? Thinking "backwards". It seems it is just too strange that I think about projects in reverse - when looking at a project plan I go to the end and read back and when writing project plans I work from the goal backwards too.

Is it just me or is this ok? or even better - is he wrong? :O)
